Asset Searches

Search subject can be an individual or business. Most include vehicle, watercfaft, aircraft, real property ownership, bankruptcy, UCC information, corporate filings, and liens.

Financial institution searches are not available to ensure full compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB). Please note that a very limited exception exists for insurance fraud investigations and enforcement of child support and must be accompanied by proper documentation.

Rates

Most investigations are billed at a rate of $75.00 per hour plus a vehicle usage charge of 40¢ a mile and out of pocket expenses incurred during the course of the investigation. Large volume orders may be eligible for a discount. Please note that a three hour minimum exists for all video surveillance operations.

Service of legal process is billed at a flat rate fee of $65.00 for three attempts at an address provided within a local distance of the corporate office. Locate services for incorrect addresses and stake-out operations for subjects avoiding service are available at the hourly rate.

Payment in advance for all services may be required from clients who elect not to establish an account with us.
